Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you need to return or exchange an item, we have you covered. Learn below how we handle the process and easily make your request online.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items not eligible for return will be clearly stated on the product page.  All returned items must be in the same condition they were received. All manuals and packaging must be in place and the item should not have been installed for use (test fitting only).

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the original freight charge is non-refundable, unless the result of an uncorrectable error by our company.  If the item was purchased using a free shipping promotion, the actual cost of freight will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns are processed within 1-2 days of receipt. All refunds are returned to the original payment method and should be in your account within 5-7 business days.

All returns require prior approval.  This is so we know which warehouse to direct your item(s) to. It also helps us ensure your product is eligible for return, before time and money is wasted in shipping.  To request a return, simply visit the link below.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges on all most within 30 days of delivery. Items not eligible for exchange will be clearly stated on the product page.  All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. All manuals and packaging must be in place and the item should not have been installed for use (test fitting only).  If the product is not in resellable condition, we will not be able to accept it for exchange.

When exchanging an item, we ask you pay for the return freight to get the product back to our warehouse.  We will gladly reship the new item at no charge, as long as the new items shipping charge is less than / equal to the original items shipping charge  If there is an increase in shipping cost for the new item, we will ask you pay the difference.

If there is a difference in the price of the product, we will either refund or invoice the difference.  If the new product is less than the original product, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.  If the price of the new item is greater than the original item, we will issue you an invoice for the difference.
